We charge a service fee for our return reconciliation services, which is calculated as a percentage of the amount approved. Below are the details:

1 Service Fee

• We charge a 20% service fee on the amount that approves.
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Service fees are deducted after Flipkart has approved the claim amount.

2 Payment Processing

• Payments for service fees are handled by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.
