1. Nature of Service

Badshah Technologies provides a Return Reconciliation & Claim Automation Software (“the Software”) for E-Commerce Marketplace sellers.

The Software automates the process of identifying return discrepancies, raising claims on the E-Commerce Marketplace platform, and tracking their approval status.

2. Service Fees

Badshah Technologies charges 20% of the total claim amount approved by E-Commerce Marketplace.

These fees represent software usage and service charges for reconciliation and claim automation only.

3. No Guarantee of Claim Approval

Badshah Technologies does not guarantee that claims raised through the Software will be accepted or paid by E-Commerce Marketplace.

All approvals, rejections, or reversals are solely at E-Commerce Marketplace’s discretion.

4. No Refund or Liability

Once the invoice is generated and payment is received by Badshah Technologies, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

If, in the future, E-Commerce Marketplace reverses, cancels, or deducts any claim amount (either partially or fully), Badshah Technologies shall not be held liable for such reversals, chargebacks, or disputes.

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer (E-Commerce Marketplace seller) acknowledges and agrees that:

   Badshah Technologies only provides a software tool to facilitate claim submissions.

  Any dispute, reversal, or deduction raised by E-Commerce Marketplace must be resolved directly between the customer and E-Commerce Marketplace.

  Badshah Technologies will not intervene or refund any fees already charged.

6. Acceptance

By using our software and services, and by making payment against the invoice, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Liability Policy.
