1 Service Delivery Timeline

Once you request our return reconciliation service, our software will process the data and file claims with Flipkart. This process typically takes 3-5 business hours.

2 Service Availability

Our services are available to Flipkart sellers across India. We do not have geographical restrictions on service delivery.

3 Service Cancellations

You may cancel our service request before the claim is filed with Flipkart. However, once the claim has been submitted, cancellations are not possible.
